We'll process standard card orders within 2 business days. Your proof will be emailed to you for your review. Orders placed after 5 PM PST require one additional day processing time. If you have requested changes to your proof, please check your email for your updated proof. Once your final proof is approved by you, the order will be sent to print. All cards come with white envelopes.

Orders can be shipped within Canada and the United States. Standard-shipped orders will take only 3-5 business days to reach you. If you are in the lower Mainland of BC, your order will arrive quicker than others.

We have 2 sizes of cards 4"x5.5" and 5"x7". If you require a custom size, please send us a note.

All of our card products only require one postage stamp for mailing

You can use one promo code per transaction - discount offers can't be combined. 

You will upload your photos when creating your design and placing your order. If you need to send us a replacement photo for any reason, please contact us for instructions on how to send the new image.

You can request any color photos to black and white or sepia coloring by sending us a note with your online order. Upon request, our designer can also do minor "repair work" on your photos as well such as removing blemishes.

Please keep in mind that every computer monitor has different color calibration, and your order may or may not be the exact color variations that you see on your monitor.
